How can I get in touch?
For questions or personal requests, you can contact us via info@atelier-x.nl or via Instagram DM. We will personally respond to every message.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty on our jewellery. This only applies to our regular collections. Sale items are excluded
Do you offer repair and maintenance?
Yes, we offer repairs and adjustments, such as enlarging or reducing jewellery. Service costs are €20 per repair.
When will my order be shipped?
Within 1-2 business days.
