How can I get in touch?

For questions or personal requests, you can contact us at info@atelier-x.nl or via Instagram DM. We personally respond to every message. 
Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Atelier X offers a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects. The warranty covers defects that occurred during the creation of the jewelry. Damage caused by use, normal wear and tear, or improper care is not covered by this warranty.
Do you offer repair and maintenance?

Yes. Because our jewelry is made in our own workshop, there are many options for repairs and personal adjustments. This includes enlarging or reducing a piece of jewelry, repairing a bracelet, or even converting a Beads bracelet into a Bangle.  

Do you have a specific request? Please contact us. We would be happy to personally discuss what is possible. The cost depends on the requested adjustment or repair.
When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. This also applies on Saturdays. In most cases, your order will be delivered the next day.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive tracking information so you can track the package.

Do you have a special delivery request, such as delivery to a pickup point? Please contact us before shipping. We will be happy to see what is possible.
