At Atelier X, every piece of jewelry is carefully assembled and inspected before it is shipped. We work with carefully selected materials that we extensively test ourselves. If there is nevertheless something wrong with your jewelry, we are of course happy to look into it with you.

6-month warranty

Our jewelry is covered by a 6-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers a problem caused by a defect in the material or during the making of the jewelry. This is different from damage or wear that occurs during use.

Do you think something is wrong with your jewelry? Please send us a few clear photos, your order number, and a brief explanation via info@atelier-x.nl. We review every request personally and look for a suitable solution.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Our jewelry is made to be worn and loved, but like all jewelry, it requires proper care.

Atelier X jewelry is not made of solid gold. Depending on the design, we use various high-quality materials, Goldleaf elements, coatings, and cubic zirconia. Through wear and exposure to external factors, these materials may naturally show signs of use or wear over time.

Damage or wear caused by, for example, showering, swimming, exercising, perfume, creams, cleaning products, chemicals, perspiration, impact, pulling, or other external factors is not covered by the warranty.

Normal signs of use, such as scratches, natural wear, or discoloration caused by use, are also not considered material or manufacturing defects.

Caring for your Atelier X jewelry

How you treat your jewelry has a significant impact on how long it stays beautiful.

We recommend removing your jewelry while showering, swimming, exercising, and sleeping. Avoid direct contact with perfume, creams, cleaning products, and other cosmetic or chemical products as much as possible.

When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in a dry and safe place.

We are here for you even after the warranty period

Is your jewelry more than six months old and has something happened to it? Please feel free to contact us.

Even after the warranty period, we can repair, reassemble, or adjust many Atelier X pieces of jewelry. Since every design is different, we are happy to personally assess what may be possible for your jewelry.

Send us a few clear photos and a brief explanation via info@atelier-x.nl. We will then let you know what we can do for you and whether any repair costs may apply.

Adjusting the size

Would you like to have a bracelet made larger or smaller, or would you like to know whether another piece of jewelry can be adjusted? You are always welcome to contact us about this as well.

Not every design can be adjusted in the same way, so we are happy to assess each piece individually.
